RENTAL TERMS
Available: Saturday 1700 to Saturday 1030. Please enquire for other arrival days of the week and we will do our best to accommodate this. Long lets during winter/early or late season are also possible. Please enquire for costs.
A 30% non-refundable deposit for each week of letting is required at time of booking.
The final rental payment, together with cleaning costs and your refundable breakages/security deposit as set out below, is due at least 8 weeks before the letting.
If the full payment is not received by the due date, we may cancel the reservation. On any cancellation by the guests or company, the deposit will be retained and the guests will remain liable to pay the balance of rent unless we are able to re-let the property.
Guests are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover at the time of booking.
No pets are allowed. Our house is strictly a no smoking zone.
We also ask all visitors to pay a security/breakages deposit of £250 *€365 in total, payable at time of final rental payment. This will be returned, less costs of any breakages, following no later than 8 weeks after completion of your stay.
